Montly Meeting - Potting and Wiring

The meeting will feature bonsai professional Stephanie Renaker-Jansen, owner of Reminiscent Bonsai in Florence, KY.  She will be giving a focused presentation on hardy plant bonsai pruning and repotting, with an emphasis on the early spring timing that sets these species up for a strong growing season. The program will also walk through the most common mistakes people make when pruning or transplanting hardy bonsai in spring, giving members a clear sense of what to do—and what to avoid—as work ramps up.  This meeting will dovetail nicely with our March workshop.
